Tosca Giustini

Tosca Giustini is staff attorney on the Post Order Defense Team at UnLocal. In law school, she worked on a variety of removal cases and advocated for an end to ICE incarceration and e-carceration. As a summer intern for the Brooklyn Defender Services, she worked with asylum seekers and DACA recipients. During her Immigrant Justice Corps Fellowship, Tosca handled a vast array of removal and complex affirmative cases at an organization serving mostly African clients in Harlem. Tosca is fluent in French. She holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
